Workout Kaise Kare:

Sabse pehle aapko roj subah 10 – 15 minutes tak exercise karni hai.

Aap apni taraf se koi bhi exercise kar  sakte hai, jaise ki cycling karna, running karna, swimming karna, dancing karna jaise koi bhi exercise kar sakte hai and uske baad aapko 15 minutes tak meditation karna hai.

Uske baad jab aapki habit ban jaye tab aap apni taraf se time badha sakte hai, aur meditation ka bhi time badha sakte hai.

Meditation karne se aapke dimag ko puri tarah se energy milegi aur aapka pura din achha jayega aur aapki body me pure din energy rahegi jinse aapko laziness nahi aayegi, aur meditation karne se aapka mind bilkul free rahega.

Ab aapko batate hai ki aapko exercise kis tarah karni chahiye.

Swimming se hamara heart ekdam strong banta hai and hamare joints bhi strong banate hai. Ab ham aapko batate hai ki aapko konsa food lene chahiye.

Health Ke Liye Food:

Body ko healthy rakhane ke liye sabse jaruri cheez hai food. Agar aap ek achha aur healthy food lete hai to aapki body ko proper vitamins milte hai, jinse aapki body fit rehti hai.

Aapko fresh vegetables, fruits aur doodh pina chahiye, agar aap gay ka doodh pite hai to ye aapke liye sabse achha hai, aapko daily subah aur sam ek glass doodh pina chahiye, inse aapke body me energy rahegi.

Drinking Water:

Healthy body ke liye sabse important cheej hai water. Kyu ke pani hamare health par bahut hi affect karta hai.

Hamare dimag me 75% paani ka use hota hai, jinse hamara dimag active rehata hai. Paani hamare digestion system ko control me rakhata hai, jinse body me se poisonous wastage ko bahar nikalta hai, jinse hamara body active rehata hai.
